Course Fees and Mode of Payment

Modes of payment include Demand Draft, personal cheque or by credit card. Please click here to download the payment form. The Demand Draft/personal cheque should be drawn on a bank with a clearing bank/branch in Singapore, and made payable to National University of Singapore in Singapore Dollars. Please write your name and contact number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft/personal cheque.

For Course & Exam candidates, please submit the completed form during the Enrolment Formalities.
For Exam only candidates, please submit the completed form via mail or email before Friday, 2 Aug 2013.

If any candidate fails to make the payment by the stipulated deadline, he / she may be barred from the lectures and his / her NUSNET account suspended. Do note that fees paid are not refundable even if candidates subsequently decide to withdraw from the Course and/or Exam.

Use of Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) for Singapore Citizens

If you wish to utilize your PSEA funds (or your siblings’ PSEA funds) to pay for your Part A Bar Course fees, please submit the completed form below together with the payment form during Enrolment Formalities:

Refund will only be processed when deduction from your PSEA (and/or your siblings’ PSEA) is approved and we will notify you via email of the outcome.

Training Employment Pass (TEP) for International Applicants (Singapore Citizens and PRs need not apply)

Please download the TEP application form at http://www.mom.gov.sg/Documents/services-forms/passes/TEP.pdf. The duration of the TEP applied for will be approximately 5 months (5 August – 27 December 2013). Please complete ALL parts of the form (except Parts 1, 2B-C, 5B-D, 7 and 8), and email the completed form to partacourse@nus.edu.sg by Thursday, 25 July 2013 with an administrative fee of $70. (click here to download the payment form). It will take 5 weeks for the TEP to be processed and approved.

The basic annual membership fee is $353.10 and applications will be considered on a 'case-by-case basis'.

Students who do not pay the registration fees for the Course are not entitled to attend any of the lectures and other teaching sessions. Students who have registered for the Course should carry their term cards at all times as spot checks will be conducted. Students who infringe this rule will be reported to the Singapore Institute of Legal Education for further action.
