DECREE LAW ON THE PROMULGATION OF
LAW ON LAND
Presidential Decree Law No. 33/PO

With reference on the Constitution of Lao People's Democratic Republic, Section V, Article 53, Paragraph 1,
With reference to the Resolution of the 10th session of the ordinary meeting of the Third National Assembly concerning the approval of the Law on land No. 01-97/NA dated 12 April, 1997,
With reference to the Letter of Proposal of the Permanent Committee of National Assembly No. 13/PCNA dated 7 may, 1997.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
ISSUES THE DECREE LAW:

Article 1

To promulgate the Law on Land.

Article 2

This Decree Law is effective from the date of signature.
