Dr Andrew Phang Boon Leong S.C. '82 has been appointed by President Nathan
as a Judge of Appeal from Tuesday, 28 February 2006.
Dr Phang, 48, is well remembered as a student and a teacher at the Faculty.
He graduated from the Faculty in 1982 and taught here for 18 years.
